Department of Veterinary Microbiology

Our department educates U.G. students of B.V.Sc. & A.H. degree courses, following MSVE 2016 VCI guidelines, specifically in the second year of the B.V.Sc. program. We boast a highly qualified faculty and well-equipped facilities that align with MSVE 2016 criteria, enabling basic and advanced experiments.

Our mission is to equip students with contemporary technical skills and knowledge. We prioritize offering the highest-quality teaching and research facilities, along with research project opportunities. Our academic program prepares students for employment in the dairy industry, particularly in Quality Control labs. Additionally, we aim to instill technical expertise across various research fields, enhance problem-solving abilities, and encourage students to pursue post-graduate and doctoral programs, both within and outside of India.
